James Staples - Managing Operations and Studying Finance

Working toward his BBA at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, James Staples maintains an active campus presence and performs student investment fund analysis with the Investors Association. He completed a six-month course that earned him a Texas Real Estate Commission broker’s license in early 2025. James Staples is also working toward a Global Commercial Real Estate Services (CBRE) fellowship that involves strategic work on capital markets.

Mr. Staples’ experience includes an internship with Builders First Source in Dallas, where he helped top sales personnel with on-site fieldwork, accounting, production schedules, and invoicing. He engaged with underwriters and salespeople bidding for projects and provided project management insight spanning 30 active projects.

A server with Lekka Cafe in Dallas for two years, Mr. Staples earned a promotion to manager. Overseeing an eight-person team, he was responsible for ensuring consistently high levels of dining experience. Mr. Staples has also guided the acquisition and management of a working ranch in Cisco, Texas.
